Welcome to ScribbleFit ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the ScribbleFit mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

ScribbleFit is a fitness tracking application that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to parse freeform text ("Scribbles") into structured workout data.

Not Medical Advice. The App is designed for fitness tracking and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or a certified personal trainer before beginning any new exercise program. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from your use of the App or the exercises tracked within it.

3. User Conduct and AI Usage

You are solely responsible for the text ("Scribbles") you input into the App. By using the App, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to exploit the AI models maliciously.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App's services or the AI parsing engines.

AI Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate AI parsing of your workout data, AI models can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the structured data generated from your Scribbles.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to design, code, logos, and UI) are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ScribbleFit or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
